Who can get an NCCI worksheet?

Every business who is subject to experience rating and experience mods are provided access to their data for free. NCCI (National Council on Compensation Insurance) mails each business who is subject to rating a letter with a pin number to access this data approximately 90 days prior to the effective date of the policy that will use the new experience rating.
